If you see a man throwing things at cars in Squamish, report it: RCMP

撸奶社区RCMP officers are investigating further incidents of a man throwing objects at cars near Highway 99 and Loggers Lane. 

Mounties say that on Jan. 4, at about 10:20 p.m., a driver was driving north on Highway 99 near Loggers Lane when a man ran out from a wooded area and threw unknown objects at the car. 

Afterwards, the man returned to the woods, according to a news release.

The driver reported the incident, and officers went through the area, but did not find the culprit.

The car was not hit, and no one was hurt, but police ask that if you see this happen, be sure to call the RCMP. 

"We believe this is associated [with] recent incidents from December," said Cpl. Angela Kermer, Sea to Sky RCMP, in the release. "We follow up with every report to ensure peoples’ immediate safety. We look to resolve this problem on a bigger scale as we work within our authorities that are sometimes challenging. That’s why continued reporting is important."
