Check out this view of Howe Sound from 1992

ߣÄÌÉçÇøphotographer Brian Aikens took this Howe Sound shot in 1992. You can still see the Woodfibre pulp mill and the passenger ship Prince George moored at Britannia Beach. The vessel was built in 1947 for the Canadian National Steamship Company and travelled the route from Vancouver to Alaska. It was sold in 1976 for use as a floating restaurant and then had several owners until October 1995, when it caught fire at Britannia Beach, where it had been sitting for some time.
