Starting on Wednesday, May 10, road maintenance is scheduled for the Sea to Sky Highway in Squamish.
According to Drive BC, Highway 99 southbound at Cleveland Avenue has planned road maintenance between May 10 and May 12.
The road work is expected to be ongoing between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. throughout those three days.
The right lane will be blocked. Drivers should be on the lookout for traffic control personnel. Users of this part of the highway can expect minor delays, reads the alert.
Recently, the Sea to Sky Highway was closed overnight between Pemberton and Lillooet from Monday, May 8 at 8 p.m. to Tuesday, May 9 at 7 a.m. The closure was due to the risk of debris flow in the region.
