Local photographer Chris Starck captured these images of Whistler Fire Rescue Service dealing with fallen trees caused by a brief windstorm in Whistler Village on Thursday, July 6.
According to the fire department, crews were dispatched to a report of two trees down across Blackcomb Way, adjacent to Municipal Hall, last evening. The trees were cleared and traffic reopened in short order. No injuries were reported.
