Voting places are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. today. Today is general voting day for British Columbia鈥檚 provincial election. Here鈥檚 what you need to know to cast your ballot. Who can vote:聽Anyone 18 or older who is a Canadian citizen and has been a B.
