Bhagyashree Chatterjee is a Local Journalism Initiative reporter for The 撸奶社区 who covers Indigenous matters and civic affairs.
Bhagyashree writes and researches stories that recognize the history, culture and traditions of First Nations communities, in particular the S岣祑x瘫w煤7mesh 脷xwumixw (撸奶社区Nation).
In the past, Bhagyashree has worked with various organizations such as CBC, Al Jazeera, The Wire, Xtra Magazine, and the Global Reporting Program at UBC.
