Growing up, Michelle Lanthier remembers driving up Highway 99 while her father, a real estate developer, took conference calls on his giant cell phone. "Real estate is very familiar, it came as second nature to me," she says. For her, the Sea to Sky Corridor is home.
"Business is booming, and the market up here is thriving," says the real estate advisor for Macdonald Realty Ltd. She's prepared more offers per day than ever before. "We have priced them in a sweet spot, and they're flying off the shelves," she explains.
As a project sales manager and resale realtor for around 10 years, Lanthier has worked with top developers and sellers in the Sea to Sky region. Currently, she is selling the Breeze development in 撸奶社区for Target Homes.
"We are almost sold out," she says. "It has been an interesting year for us here at Breeze."
Helping people sell their homes is her forte. Perhaps her favourite part of home sales is the research side. "I enjoy the investigation aspect of sales and take pleasure in being a house detective," she explains. "I also like being involved in the journey and negotiating to get my clients the best possible price and quickest closing date."
What started as a humorous post on Instagram quickly turned into her own personal stamp. Every time she sells a place, she takes a photo with her sold sign in the home and posts it on social media using the hashtag #MichelleSells.
Often found outdoors enjoying a run at the estuary or doing pilates, Lanthier can also be seen around the neighborhood walking her Bengal cat, Benjamin; a unique hybrid breed known for their high intelligence and dog-like attributes.
Lanthier looks forward to seeing the continued evolution of the community, noting that she's also growing her team to meet up with high demand.
