The president of Capilano University, Paul Dangerfield at the announcement of Quest's purchase by CapU, flanked by Minister of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills, Selina Robinson and 撸奶社区Mayor Armand Hurford.

I strongly endorse Capilano University’s acquisition of Quest University’s facilities.

The salient points from my perspective are enhancing the opportunity for Sea to Sky Corridor education locally and providing a curriculum that serves the public interest (as in mentioned initial offerings) and prepares students for careers relevant to outdoor recreation and the broader business and science communities as offerings expand.

Having served on faculties at both the community level and at major public and private universities, I can attest to the value of the former in providing undergraduate learning opportunities that may approach or even exceed those provided by the latter, something that many might not appreciate.

The Quest experiment in both the design and content of its programs is to be respected, notwithstanding its limited potential in serving the needs of 撸奶社区residents.

If the essential character and elements of that experiment can be continued within the array of future Capilano University offerings, then it is hard to see a downside to the transition from an educational perspective.
