We are not all scam landlords! I have been a part- time Whistler homeowner for more than 30 years. I have a home in Vancouver. I paid for my purchase with hard work, and having had local workers renting for a season or two, it has given me the reverse choice to sell rather than rent!
Sorry, they are not the best renters. Eighty per cent have left me a mess to clean up. My heart does not bleed for them.
Sorry, no rentals allowed in my home!
