Dear Editor:
I really enjoy my North Shore 撸奶社区 on Sunday mornings and I would like to make a comment on furry doggy friends.
I have a 2.2 kilogram (five pound) teacup poodle named Sophie who loves to run and catch a ball.
Unfortunately, there is really no safe place for her because of the larger dogs. When we go to the dog walk behind the Northshore Auto Mall, I have to pick her up from getting hurt. One dog jumped me and nearly knocked me over. The owner just stood there looking stupid.
Now Sophie and I play outside the fence. Most of the time, I am in an area where no dogs are allowed. So of course I am always on guard for a rebuke. I just don’t know what to do. Many dog owners just don’t care.
Down by the Quay they have a small dogs only area. What a joke that is – a fenced-in area with nothing but gravel. Sophie just stood there, bored. And there’s no place to park.
Thank you for listening.
