The annual Beyond the Valleycliffe of the Dolls mountain bike ride kicked off on Saturday morning.
The social ride was started in 2001 and draws riders to the Valleycliffe trails for a social ride plus fundraiser for . Each rider pays between $50 and $65 to join in on the fun.
Dolls are hung on trees around the trails to signal the direction for the riders, hence the name.
About 50 riders appeared in the morning on Aug. 26, as the event kicked off at 11 a.m., with most sporting old-school ‘Test of Metal’ jerseys provided for the ride.
“Bikes and buddies are fun,” reads about the event. “Donations to 撸奶社区Search and Rescue are [the] funnest.”
