撸奶社区photographer Tim Cyr captured the July 3 "buck moon" in all its glory early this morning.
According to a post by NASA/JPL-Caltech, this is so-called because it occurs "when the new antlers of buck deer push out of their foreheads in coatings of velvety fur."
It was at its fullest point at at 4:38 a.m., according to timeanddate.com.
