ߣÄÌÉçÇøHas Talent coming soon to Trickster’s Hideout

Children and youth interested in performing can sign up for a Nov. 4. audition spot.

Do you have a special talent that the world needs to see? Then look no further than ߣÄÌÉçÇøHas Talent to share your gift.

Revived for its second year, ߣÄÌÉçÇøHas Talent is already seeking auditions for children and youth aged 10 to 18 ahead of its show on Nov. 19. Currently, interested performers can register online for an audition time slot at the ߣÄÌÉçÇøUnited Church on Nov. 4 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

“We’re looking for any kind of talent,” wrote organizer Louise Robinson in an email to The ߣÄÌÉçÇø and the poster lists ideas such as acrobatics, dancing, comedy, singing, music, poetry, acting, special skills, martial arts and more.

The official show on Nov. 19 will be held at Trickster’s Hideout from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and tickets to attend will become available after auditions. Judges Amy Reid, Jana Marie and Megan McLaren will ultimately decide first, second and third who will earn cash prizes of $500, $300 and $150.

Other prizes for runner-ups will be available from numerous local businesses and organizations, plus other prizes to raffle off.

“Step out with your family for an evening of fun and entertainment,” reads the poster for the event.

There will also be other special guest performances from The Beating Drum of the Unborn History, Blue Mountain Beatbox and Step Out! Improv Troupe.
