It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of Keith on Feb. 5th, 2023.

At the age of 17, he started at Woodfibre and worked there until his retirement.
Keith worked as the powerhouse engineer and was known as the "BIGS."
He let his workmates know he was "GOD," meaning he always gave "Good Orderly Direction."

For many years, he met every day with his buddies for coffee at Bean Around The World Brackendale, and for him, it was a huge loss when COVID-19 hit because little did his friends know, it was not only getting together for coffee, it was his therapy.
He truly missed those days.

Keith was a man of many talents. He had a huge garage that was called "his Castle" and it was a home away from home for him.
There, he spent many hours building hundreds of model kit battleships and airplanes, as he was a history and geography buff.
Once Keith retired, he decided it was time for us to see the world and that we did. He loved doing all the planning, and arrangements, and, in turn, I just had to "suit up and show up."
Keith, it has been a wonderful journey with you. I will love you forever, and may your Spirit Fly Free, so you can continue seeing the rest of the world.

As Keith would say to me, "Whoever goes first, we shall meet at the Rainbow Bridge with all the kids."
Also, wherever you are, a friendly reminder lights out is at 11 p.m. "wink"
