Guaranteed weight loss program launches

Osofit Bootcamp promises to help you lose weight or your money back

Ten ways to lose ten pounds, slim-down guarantees, quick-fix diet pillshow many times have these promises caught your eye in on the magazine rack, the infomercial or the Internet? Osofit Bootcamp is a local and guaranteed solution to weight loss arriving in 撸奶社区and vowing to deliver on those promises.

Robert Hepper worked as a trainer at Ultrafit Bootcamp in Vancouver for nine years and is now launching his own project in Squamish. The four-week cycle promises a bold results guarantee - if the participant does not achieve their predetermined weight loss or fitness goals within four weeks, a 100 per cent refund will be issued.

"I've seen the results of my program," said Hepper, "and if people are willing to follow the program and the nutritional guidelines and regime, they'll see the results."

Hepper has been active his whole life and was part of the Canadian judo team for a number of years where a large focus on nutrition and sport was necessary. He transitioned that discipline and those concepts to his boot camp regime.

Workouts begin after a consultation session where weight loss and fitness goals are set.

"We sit down with the new recruit, honestly assess their current health situation and create mutually agreed upon, aggressive yet achievable goals," said Hepper. "At the end of the four-week period, if the recruit has not met or exceeded their goals, we will unconditionally refund every penny of their investment."

Participants have to attend three sessions per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday either at 6 a.m. or 6 p.m. Hepper is flexible with the hours and will allow students to alternate when needed.

He combines full body workouts and strength building into every session, so a day of rest is needed in between each workout to recover. Although the first four weeks in particular are key, Hepper's program acknowledges that some parts of life don't fit into a nutrition regime.

"There's one free day per week within the program," he said. "So there's a little wiggle for dinners out, weddings or other important celebrations."

Hepper doesn't focus on dieting and limiting food intake, but instead concentrates on eating smaller and healthier meals more frequently throughout the day. The plan includes four to six meals per day, which naturally increases your metabolism.

He provides sample meals for both vegetarian and meat options and gives different ideas for protein sources. He also makes sure the participants know what types of food are protein, complex carbs, simple carbs and other important nutritional information.

"What most people want are weight loss and fitness solutions that finally work for them," he said, "three important parts are necessary for that desired outcome."

He said the correct exercise mix, the optimal nutrition mix and clear and useful information and motivation are the steps to success.

"Inspirational stories are happening all the time," said Hepper. "That's the great part about being a fitness and boot camp instructor is that you get to share in people's successes."

Hepper said Osofit Bootcamp is a practical and doable for anyone regardless of the person's fitness level or age.

"It's ideal for people who want to re-claim their body and do an accelerated fitness program that based on researched, proven methods of nutrition and fitness," said Hepper. "I can have complete beginners and elite athletes working within the same group, I just modify the program for the participant."

Hepper is also the creator of the Osofit fitness package that includes DVDs ad fitness cards that can be done at home, outdoors or at the gym.

The first program starts on June 21 and every cycle runs for four weeks. The price per person is $229.00 plus taxes and returning members get a 20 per cent discount. Sessions run rain or shine and will be held outside at Rose Park.
